Description

Description

Built for the highest-demand EV charging environments, this 180KW Dual-Port DC Ultra-Fast Charging Pile delivers up to 300A at DC 200–1000V — providing a significant charge-time advantage at motorway service areas, transit hubs, fleet depot gates, hypermarket car parks, and large-scale public EV infrastructure projects.

Operating from a three-phase AC 380V (±15%) supply, the unit converts mains power directly to DC at the charger, bypassing vehicle onboard charging limitations entirely. At 120KW output, a typical 60–80kWh EV battery can reach 80% charge in approximately 25–35 minutes, making extended dwell times unnecessary at high-footfall sites. The wide DC output window of 200–1000V covers the full spectrum of current EVs — including 800V-architecture models such as the Hyundai Ioniq 6, Kia EV6, and Porsche Taycan — ensuring no vehicle is turned away.

Two independent IEC 62196 Type 1/Type 2 outlets operate simultaneously at full capacity, each with a 5-metre cable for flexible bay layouts. The unit is available with either an RGB LED status indicator or a 4.3-inch full-colour display showing live per-port session data — including state of charge, energy delivered, session duration, and current tariff. Revenue collection is fully integrated: card swipe and QR code payments are accepted at the unit, eliminating the need for external payment terminals and reducing installation complexity.

Remote site management runs on OCPP 1.6, giving charge point operators complete control: OTA firmware upgrades, real-time per-port monitoring, programmable tariff schedules, RFID card access management, and live data reporting to any compatible back-office or CPO platform. No on-site visits are required for routine maintenance, configuration changes, or software updates.

Rated IP54 for dust and water jet resistance, and certified for operation from -25°C to +50°C, the charging pile is built for permanent outdoor commercial deployment in all climates. Eight concurrent safety protection layers — over-voltage, under-voltage, overload, short-circuit, grounding fault, over-temperature, lightning surge, emergency stop, and leakage detection — operate continuously across both ports, satisfying the safety and liability standards required for public charging infrastructure.

Suitable for Commercial, public infrastructure, fleet

Two fully independent IEC 62196 outlets each deliver up to 300A without power sharing or load reduction. Both vehicles charge at maximum rate simultaneously, doubling site throughput versus a single-port unit.

-Universal DC 200–1000V — covers 800V architecture vehicles

The wide voltage output window supports all mainstream EVs including 800V-platform models. No vehicle compatibility restrictions — one unit serves your entire customer or fleet base, now and as the market transitions to higher-voltage platforms.

-OCPP 1.6 — full CPO remote control

OTA firmware upgrades, real-time per-port monitoring, programmable tariff schedules, RFID card management, and live session data to any compatible back-office system — full CPO functionality without site visits.

-Integrated card & QR code payment

On-unit card swipe and QR code payment collection — revenue-ready from day one with no external payment hardware, simplifying installation and reducing per-site infrastructure cost.

-8-layer safety protection for public infrastructure

Over-voltage, under-voltage, overload, short-circuit, grounding fault, over-temperature, lightning surge, emergency stop, and leakage detection — all active simultaneously across both ports, meeting the safety requirements of public-facing commercial sites.

-IP54 rated for permanent outdoor deployment

Sealed against dust and water jets with a -25°C to +50°C operating range. Engineered for permanent outdoor installation at forecourts, motorway bays, and transit infrastructure without additional weatherproofing enclosures.

-4.3″ per-port colour display with live session data

Full-colour screen displays real-time state of charge, kWh delivered, session duration, and pricing per port. RGB LED status indicator available for network operator deployments with centralised monitoring.
