Deliver high-speed DC fast charging at commercial scale with this 40KW Dual-Port Charging Pile — engineered for petrol station forecourts, motorway service areas, fleet depots, shopping centres, and public EV hubs. Unlike AC wallboxes that depend on the vehicle’s onboard charger, this unit converts three-phase AC 380V mains directly to DC, bypassing vehicle limitations and delivering up to 200A at DC 200–1000V straight to the battery for significantly shorter charge times.
Two independent IEC 62196 Type 1/Type 2 outlets allow two vehicles to charge simultaneously at full output, maximising throughput at busy commercial sites. A 5-metre cable per port provides comfortable reach across standard parking bays and forecourt layouts.
Operators have a choice of user interface: a compact RGB LED status ring for minimal installs, or a 4.3-inch full-colour display showing live session data, state of charge, energy delivered, and tariff information per port. Revenue collection is built in — accept card swipe or QR code scan on demand, making each session immediately billable without third-party payment hardware.
Network management runs on OCPP 1.6, providing remote OTA firmware updates, live per-port equipment monitoring, configurable pricing and tariff schedules, integrated RFID card access management, and real-time session data communication — everything a site operator or CPO needs to manage a distributed charging network from a central platform.
Built to IP54 standards and rated for operation between -25°C and +50°C, the charging pile maintains reliable performance in outdoor commercial environments across all climates and seasons.
